Location: South 220

What It’s About:

Today’s battle for the hearts, minds and dollars of home shoppers is won or lost across the many touchpoints in each shopper’s journey. More and more of the journey happens outside of the model home and via mobile devices (often while onsite), changing the traditional role of the onsite sales experience. A builder’s ability to integrate and connect online and offline touchpoints could be the difference between getting the contract or not. During this session, you’ll gain new insights on how, where and when shoppers search for and engage with builder content, learn the pain points and opportunities in driving better engagement and get recommendations for how you can meet the demand for a seamless shopping experience. You’ll walk away knowing how to maximize your brand and your budget at key moments, prior to, during and after the on-site visit.

What You’ll Learn:

  • Determine the key moments and micro-moments when consumers engage with builder content in the shopping journey, including the usage and impact of mobile devices.
  • Understand how the sales center and model home experience is evolving, and how you can best integrate it with your digital footprint.
  • Learn what content is critical to consumers and how to optimize it for maximum effect along the home shopper’s journey.
