I conducted my first “virtual design center appointment” via FaceTime yesterday. I was so impressed with what a major role Envision played on ensuring this appointment went seamlessly. My homeowners logged in a total of 4 times prior to their design center appointment and added 30 items to their wish list. Their entire appointment took just over an hour to conduct because they were so well prepared. I was thrilled that they not only purchased all of what was on their wish list, but that they understood exactly what they were buying.
I also had a co-worker tell the entire Atlantic Builders team, “It’s like Chris and Rachel were able to see into the future and know that our company needed a digital product to ensure the best experience for our customers.” Envision has truly taken our customer experience to the next level which gives an edge over our competitors.
