NewHomeSource Highlights Energy-Efficient Features

To guide new home shoppers through their buying journey, we’ve created an informative editorial package featuring our builders. Each month, this content will be highlighted on the NewHomeSource Learning Center, shared across our social media channels, featured in our monthly email newsletter, and showcased in a promotional industry article.

This comprehensive approach aims to educate and engage potential buyers on crucial aspects of the homebuying process.

In April, we focused on energy-efficient features, aligning with the impending summer weather and Earth Day. This included building materials, appliances, smart tech and more.

This months editorial package called for a bonus article and three were published covering the topic on the NewHomeSource Learning Center. In the first article, Everything You Need to Know About Energy-Efficient New Homes, discussed many features available to home-buyers to help them live greener, including Energy Star and solar panels to name a few.

In the second article, New Home Builders Embrace Energy-Efficient features for their House, we spoke about the energy-efficient options new home builders offer that help preserve the planet and save homeowners money over a lifetime in the home.

Our bonus article, helped breakdown the acronyms and terms often used when discussing energy-efficient homes and products.
