Impossible Foods teamed up with Deloitte Digital to create the “Mini Impact Kitchen” Earth Day campaign featuring chefs specializing in tiny foods. The campaign aims to showcase Impossible Foods’ meat alternative’s smaller carbon footprint compared to red meat.
