Meta’s Developing AI Chatbots
According to a report from The Financial Times, Meta is joining the AI train with chatbots to help improve traffic on their social media platforms. Users will be able to interact with 30 different AI chatbot personas, including one that resembles Abraham Lincoln, on Facebook, Messenger, and Instagram. Threads vs. X
With the launch of Threads, Meta’s social network that has a similar look and feel to Twitter/X, there’s been some speculation from brands on whether to use the new app or stick with Twitter. B2B Reviews surveyed 417 business owners to gauge the advantages and disadvantages of adding Threads as a marketing tool. In fact, 61% of the survey participants preferred Threads over Twitter. Online reviews are among the first places consumers look when contemplating a purchase. According to BrightLocal’s findings, “98% of people read online reviews for local businesses.” Reviews are excellent indicators of your relationships with your customers. A recent breakthrough at the Sandia National Laboratories in New Mexico opens possibilities for engineering and infrastructure. The New Mexico lab team witnessed platinum heal a crack that was visible one minute and gone the next. This discovery proves that the metal could heal itself under specific conditions.
